Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 786up ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 786up website located at https://786up.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

786up is an English-language online gambling and sports betting platform designed to serve users including those based in Pakistan. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing casino games or otherwise using any part of the 786up platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 786up platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and 786up in relation to the Services.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on the 786up platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes after registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 786up will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Verification

786up reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and a selfie or liveness check. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

Terms of Use

By using the 786up Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

5.1 Personal Use

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and recreational use only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, including scraping, data harvesting, systematic downloading or resale of content, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Accurate Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent yourself, provide false information or engage in conduct that is deceptive, fraudulent or misleading in connection with your use of the Platform.

5.3 Technical Integrity

You must not use any software, bot, script, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a way that is not permitted by these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

5.4 Platform Availability

786up does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include, as contextual references, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Availability of any specific payment method is subject to operator configuration and is not guaranteed.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the User's own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. All amounts are referenced in PKR unless otherwise specified.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balances and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the minimum amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus offers are strictly limited to one per household, IP address, device or payment method unless otherwise stated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 786up cover a range of events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, football, UFC and other live sports. All bets are accepted subject to the applicable event rules and the specific market terms displayed at the time of placement.

All odds are displayed in decimal format. 786up reserves the right to suspend, void or settle any bet in accordance with applicable event rules, including in circumstances of data errors, fraudulent activity, or event cancellation. Cricket matches abandoned due to weather or other causes will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that market type.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing. RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on the Platform are illustrative examples only and do not represent guaranteed returns. All game results are final once determined.

8.3 Bet Limits

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786up platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.

KYC & Identity Verification

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, odds or game information.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data.
• Any third-party conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays or data loss affecting the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform's betting and gaming Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786up makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any Platform content.

Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by 786up

786up reserves the right to suspend or close any User Account, withhold or freeze funds, and void bets or casino winnings at its sole discretion in the event of:

• Actual or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Actual or suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a specified timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating Account restriction.

14.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed promptly. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure may be eligible for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC and wagering conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
